Reservations

A $2000 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. Six months prior to the hunt start date the balance must be brought to 50% of the total hunt price. Three months prior to the hunt start date the balance must be paid in full. Your hunt will not begin until all money owed is paid in full and cleared through the bank. Hunts delayed or postponed due to money owed will not be renegotiated and all money paid will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation our refund policy for deposits is: Up to six months prior to the hunt date, we will refund all money paid minus the $2000 deposit. Up to three months prior to the hunt date we will refund all money paid minus 50% of the total hunt price. Less than three months, there will be no refund. There are no partial refunds for late arrivals or early departures from your contracted hunt dates. Deposits are transferable to another hunter up to 30 days prior to hunt start date. We reserve the right to cancel or make reasonable schedule changes to ensure client safety.
